Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Design fees and drawings
The design fee covers the measured survey and the plan set. Drawings remain our intellectual property until the design fee is paid in full, after which you hold a licence to use them for your own project. Design fees are credited against the build contract when you proceed with us.
Figures shown anywhere on this website, including investment bands, lead times, licence numbers, finance rates and review counts, are illustrative samples on a demonstration site. They are not quotations, offers of credit or representations of current availability.
Licensing and scope
Lumen Kitchen Design holds AZ ROC #000000 (sample placeholder). We design and build kitchens only. We do not undertake bathroom, addition or whole-home work, and we will refer those enquiries elsewhere.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of AZ.

Kitchen dimensions and clearances quoted follow common North American residential practice and are not a substitute for a site survey or a code review by the authority having jurisdiction.
