Nothing is bought, nothing is torn out. This is where the aisles, the triangle and the elevation are decided.
Drawing

Consultation 90 minutes
At your kitchen or the studio. We measure, photograph and talk about how the room fails you now. You leave with a written scope direction and an investment band.

Survey and plan 2 weeks
A measured survey to the eighth of an inch, then a plan, four elevations and a first materials direction. This is where the aisles, the triangle and the elevation get decided.

Every selection closes here. It is the single biggest predictor of whether a kitchen lands on its date.
Deciding
- 03
Selections 2 to 4 weeks
Slab yard visit, cabinetry samples in your own light, hardware in your hand, appliance model numbers confirmed. Everything closes before demolition. Everything.
- 04
Contract and permit 2 to 3 weeks
Fixed price, dated milestones and a written schedule. We submit for permit under our own licence and handle the HOA package where one applies.

Protection first, then demolition, then the services. Blocking and box heights are set now or not at all.
Opening up
- 05
Demolition 3 to 5 days
Zip wall, negative air, floor protection and the temporary kitchen set up before anything comes out. Daily wipe-down of the route to the truck.
- 06
Rough-in 1 to 2 weeks
Plumbing, mechanical and electrical to our rough-in sheet, then inspection, then drywall. Blocking and box heights are set now or not at all.

Cabinetry scribed level, stone templated digitally, then the punch list closed with a date on it.
Finishing
- 07
Cabinetry and stone 3 to 5 weeks
Boxes set and scribed level within 1/16 in over the run, stone templated digitally, seams agreed in writing, install and plumb-in.

Finish and punch 2 to 3 weeks
Tile, paint, flooring transitions, lighting trim, appliance fit. Written punch list closed within 10 business days, and we return at 30 days to re-align.

The thing everyone complains about
Dust control, in four measures we actually run
Kitchen demolition makes fine dust and fine dust travels on the air handling system. We cannot make it disappear. We can keep it in one room.
Negative-air machine
HEPA-filtered, running from the first hour of demolition to the last day of finishing.
Zip wall at the opening
Sealed at floor and ceiling, with a zipped door so the crew is not taping and re-taping plastic.
Return vents taped
In the kitchen and in every adjacent room, so the air handler does not distribute fine dust through the whole house.
Daily wipe-down
The route from the kitchen to the truck is wiped at the end of every working day, not at the end of the job.

Five weeks without a sink
The temporary kitchen goes in before the old one comes out
- Your existing refrigerator relocated to the laundry, garage or dining corner, on a circuit we have checked.
- A folding counter at 36 in with a microwave, a kettle and an induction hob plate.
- Two labelled bins: dishes for the laundry sink, and recycling.
- A box of the twenty things you use daily, packed by you rather than by us.
- Written dates for the day the sink goes and the day it comes back.

(480) 555-0204Read the full FAQIf plumbing, gas or electrical circuits move, yes. A like-for-like refacing job does not. We pull permits under our own licence and meet every inspector on site, in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills and Cave Creek.

One site supervisor, on your project, who you have met before the first day. Trades rotate; the supervisor does not.
We return at 30 days to re-align doors and drawers as everything settles, which is normal in any new cabinetry. Beyond that, our sample workmanship warranty runs 5 years and the cabinetry warranty is per the manufacturer.
