Every direction below is a real specification. Cabinetry construction, stone family, metal finish and the colour temperature the room is lit at, because a palette chosen under 4000K showroom light is a palette chosen wrong.

Every Signature and Bespoke project is modelled from the plan set. You walk through the room, check the sight lines from the sofa and move things while moving them is still free.
Walk it before it exists
Your plan set is modelled and rendered, then toured on a headset at the studio or shared as a link you can open on a phone.
Decisions get cheaper
Changing an island length in a model costs an afternoon. Changing it after the cabinetry is released costs a change order and three weeks.

Arriving with "Ember, but with the Verdant island" saves an hour of adjectives and gets us to a drawing faster.
Swap one variable
Keep the cabinetry, change the stone. Because each direction is fully specified, you can see exactly what one change costs.
Rule things out
Knowing you hate unlacquered brass is as useful to us as knowing you love it, and it is faster to establish here than in the library.
