Answer these and a designer arrives already knowing the shape of the problem. You get a measured survey, a written scope direction and an investment band within two working days.

What happens next, in order

    Within one business day, from the studio, by a designer.

    The visit

    Ninety minutes at your kitchen, or at the studio if you prefer the library.

    Written scope direction

    Two working days later, with an investment band and any red flags named.

    You decide

    Proceed to the plan set, take the direction elsewhere, or do nothing. All three are fine.
